Sonderlon Microphone Limited Warranty

Your Sonderlon Microphone product comes with a five year warranty on materials and workmanship, a one year warranty on capsules and vacuum tubes, and a five year warranty on all other internal microphone components.

This warranty is transferable between owners during the specified time limits measured from the date of original purchase.

Cosmetic wear and tear or any damage to your Sonderlon Microphone product caused by accident or misuse, or by repairs or alterations made by you or any non-authorized third party are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

This warranty is in place of all other express or implied warranties.

Parts and labor for services that are covered under this warranty will be provided to you at no charge.  The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for products that are sent to us for service.  Sonderlon Microphone will pay the cost of shipping back to the customer.  The cost of parts required for service that are not covered under this warranty or for parts whose warranty has expired will be charged for accordingly.  Labor costs for services that are not covered under this warranty or for services whose warranty has expired will incur an hourly bench charge which may vary with the services provided.  Shipping charges for parts or services that are not covered under this warranty or for parts or services whose warranty has expired will be incurred by the customer.
